Ismeron in International Record Review26/6/2007 Fifty years ago, in June and October 1957, Thurston Dart made his ground-breaking recordings on four historic organs. To mark this anniversary, Martin Stafford has written an account of how he was prompted to establish his own CD label by his determination to reissue these recordings. The article, which gives a brief history of his enterprise, was published on the last page of the May 2007 issue of International Record Review – a magazine which was founded in 2000 to do what its name implies.
